Ellie is a builder at heart—known for turning complex ideas into practical, teacher-friendly tools that work in real classrooms. She has spent her career designing inclusive instructional materials, coordinating professional learning, and leading curriculum development for diverse learners, including multilingual students and students with disabilities.

Her background includes curriculum leadership roles with organizations such as InquirEd, Great Minds, and the Louisiana Department of Education, where she was a founding contributor to the ELA Guidebooks initiative. She has also designed and facilitated inclusive learning initiatives through Tulane University and SPED Strategies.

Ellie holds a B.A. in Music Education and an M.Ed. in Special Education. Her work is rooted in a deep belief in the brilliance of all learners—and in the power of good design to make learning more equitable, illuminating, and joyful.
